Page 2 of 2: Drill 2

The focus on this drill is on curbing excessive half-acks. Have you ever been telling someone something and they keep saying "yes", "mmm-mm", "mmm" every few seconds?

  1. Click on Item 01. The pc will give a line. The student will either give a correct half-ack, or will give too many half-acks while the pc is speaking.

  2. This is a really easy drill!

  3. Grade the student's action by saying aloud "Good" or "Flunk", and by clicking the appropriate link. Close out the open windows afterwards, as usual.

  4. Go through all 10 items similarly.
